• Plan and execute the LAP Prime Markets strategy to meet regional goals.
• Lead a team of Sales Managers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high performance.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential channel partners, ensuring tie-ups align with the business plan and SOPs.
• Manage distribution networks, plan sales promotion activities, and handle customer documentation.
• Collaborate with support functions to optimize TAT and service delivery.
• Analyze business financials and assess case health.
• Communicate loan status and resolution requirements to customers.
Requirements:
• Customer-centric approach and ability to create a culture of satisfaction.
• Strong database management and MIS reporting skills.
