Job Title: Gold Loan Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager - Gold Loan role entails generating Gold loan business through various channels, including administering and training a team of DSTs to expand Gold loan business in a locality or branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met with acquisition in NTB (New to Bank) and ETB (Existing to Bank) customers.
- Pitch existing liability customers for Gold loans.
- Ensure month-on-month growth in EOP (Execution only platform) Assets for Gold loan business per branch.
- Ensure fee income is at least 1% of total disbursals.
- Perform customer follow-ups at regular intervals for timely renewal of cases.
- Coordinate with valuers on a time-to-time basis.
- Ensure most customers pay valuation charges as per product norms.
- Ensure healthy collections with nil FEMI/FPD and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X.
- Be aware of PSL (Priority sector lending) norms and tag PSL appropriately.
- Assist the branch liability team in audits and maintain proper customer communication before any packet opening.
- Conduct marketing activities in the local market for generating NTB Gold loan customers.
- Be willing to work extensively in the field and travel across the region on short notice.
- Perform ad-hoc activities as required by the department.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any field.
- 2-5 years experience in Gold loan sales.
