The Role

We are seeking a Sales Development and Research Expert to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research using various tools and databases, building and enriching databases, and supporting complex marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, and Easy Leadz to build databases and enrich existing ones.
  • Use scraping tools like Phantom Buster to collect data from websites as part of TAM enrichment projects.
  • Update Salesforce Accounts and Contacts using Linked Sales Insights.
  • Utilize Excel to manage and analyze data for mission-critical marketing projects.
  • Research and validate company information, adding new accounts and contacts when necessary.
  • Identify buying flags to enrich existing databases.
  • Create a known universe of fully qualified and vetted accounts for global outreach efforts that impact sales revenue.
  • Develop strong verbal and written business communication skills in English to succeed in a customer-facing role.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR with hands-on experience using prospecting tools to build and enrich databases.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Outreach.
  • Excellent research skills using Google and the above tech stack.
  • A growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ask the right questions, and receive feedback.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role as a sales prospector is a plus.
  • Ability to work diligently on repetitive tasks while maintaining urgency and accuracy.
