Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving equipment and processes within their area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily manufacturing operations in an assigned area, ensuring efficient use of resources and raw materials.
- Provide a positive and equitable working environment for employees.
- Support and emphasize the Safety and Quality commitments of the department.
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
