Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand product distribution channels.
  • Implement plans to increase market share through branding and advertising initiatives.
  • Map opportunity markets and identify relevant product categories through data analysis.
  • Drive short-term and long-term market penetration strategies.

Sales & Channel Management:

  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales targets and drive consistent growth.
  • Negotiate contracts with partners at the regional level.
  • Co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts with new partners and terminate existing ones when necessary.
  • Establish and manage relationships with agencies and customers.

Marketing & Brand Development:

  • Launch brand awareness campaigns and product promotions in key channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive advertising and promotional activities.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare financial reports detailing sales performance, ROI, and profit margins.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform business decisions.

Cross-functional Co-ordinations:

  • Manage the supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
