We are seeking a seasoned Deputy Manager with 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Manufacturing/Tooling.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of materials, particularly metals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of innovative tooling solutions tailored for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation covering design iterations, material selection rationale, and testing protocols.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Evaluate how different metal properties impact product performance, manufacturability, and lifecycle durability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and global trends in tooling and pharma-grade materials to enhance product competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in product design with a deep understanding of material science—particularly ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Mentorship and leadership skills with ability to guide junior design engineers.
