Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Information Systems Manager to join our team at C5i. As a key member of our administration department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation logistics and management information systems.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Administration Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, including scheduling and routing, as well as maintaining data integrity and generating regular reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport Management: Coordinate and manage daily transportation operations, including scheduling and routing, to ensure timely and safe transportation of employees and goods.
  • Maintain Transportation Records: Maintain and update transportation records and logs to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with Vendors: Liaise with transport vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize services and costs.
  • Monitor Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor vehicle maintenance and compliance with safety regulations to minimize downtime and risks.
MIS Management:
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Database Management: Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity to inform business strategies.
  • Report Generation: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Dashboard Creation: Develop and generate dashboards and visualizations to present data insights and track performance.
General Administration:
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Team Support: Support the administration team with various tasks as needed to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on MIS-related tools and systems to enhance their skills and productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transport management and MIS roles, preferably in an IT company handling 24x7 Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with database management to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
