The ideal candidate will be ready to take ownership of various marketing initiatives, design strategies to boost brand visibility, and contribute to our growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to align with business goals and boost brand presence.
  • Planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and reach.
  • Coordinating with content teams to ensure consistent, compelling, and on-brand messaging across all channels.
  • Overseeing social media accounts, enhancing engagement, tracking ad performance, and optimizing content to improve reach.
  • Working closely with the digital team to implement SEO best practices, optimize content, and improve organic search rankings.
  • Conducting thorough market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and new opportunities.
  • Managing and optimizing paid advertising efforts across channels, including paid social and search platforms.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Expertise in creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand success.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, analyzing data, and driving engagement.
  • A strong understanding of SEO practices and the ability to collaborate on content and keyword strategies to improve search rankings.
  • Solid skills in conducting in-depth market research and providing actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Proficient in creating clear and impactful presentations to communicate marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to work effectively across teams and departments.

This role requires 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, particularly in marketing strategy, campaign management, content marketing, and SEO. The salary for this position is estimated at INR 400,000/- to INR 500,000/- (negotiable), making it a lucrative opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in logistics and supply chain marketing.
