Job Title: Business Development Professional

This is a full-time job role for appointment setting in the Business to Business Industry. It involves a lead generation process for both Australia and the US.

We are seeking an experienced international outbound salesperson or International BPO worker to join our team at Teletrix Infotech, offering competitive salaries and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects.
  • Update and manage all activities related to appointment setting, opportunities, and information in CRM.
  • Understand our ideal clients and how they relate to our services.
  • Interact with target prospects and provide a high-level value proposition to generate appointments.
  • Discover a client's compelling reason to opt for our services.

Requirements:

  • Total work experience of at least 1 year in B2B Outbound Sales (preferred) or 1 year of experience in International BPO.
  • Sales Outbound/Appointment Scheduling: 1 year (preferred).
  • 1 to 5 years of Lead Generation and Outbound Calling experience (specifically in international sales).
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Understanding of basic technology tools used in sales, including CRM tools, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Email Drafting.

Work Details:

  • Work Location: Jadavpur.
  • Work from the office full-time.
  • Salary: 16,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month.
  • Shift Timings: 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Aus Shift) and 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (US Shift).
  • Week off: Saturday and Sunday (fixed).
