Job Title: Billing and Revenue Cycle Specialist

At our hospital, we are seeking a skilled Billing and Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for handling in-patient and out-patient billing processes with accuracy.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and patients for smooth cashless approvals & claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle in-patient and out-patient billing processes with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and patients for smooth cashless approvals & claims.
  • Prepare and verify bills, maintain records, and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
  • Follow up on pending claims, denials, and settlements.
  • Liaise with doctors, patients, and internal departments for timely billing closure.
  • Maintain MIS reports and support audits.
Requirements:

We are looking for a graduate in Commerce / Healthcare Management with 1–3 years of experience in hospital billing/TPA.

  • Graduate in Commerce / Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of hospital billing/TPA experience.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes, coding, and hospital billing systems.
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
