Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

Our firm seeks an accomplished Chartered Accountant to lead our dynamic team in delivering strategic financial solutions.

This senior role entails leading and managing client engagements, providing high-quality financial consulting services. You will leverage your expertise to drive financial transformations, fostering innovation and helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client-facing consulting engagements, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Provide financial and strategic advisory services (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Financial Analysis & Strategy:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and performance assessments.
  • Provide recommendations on financial performance optimization, internal controls, and profitability.
  • Assist clients with financial risk management and regulatory compliance.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage financial consulting projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of reports, presentations, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members in their development.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.
  • Lead by example with ethical standards and best practices in consulting.

Business Development:

  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales process.
  • Assist in expanding the firm's market presence and reputation.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
  • Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/ MBA-FINANCE qualification is mandatory.
  • 3+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or auditing, with experience in financial analysis and advisory roles in varied industries throughout their professional career.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software (Excel, SAP, or similar).
