Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain a harmonious and productive workplace culture through effective engagement strategies.
  • To manage an employee span of control of over 2,000 individuals across various levels and functions.
  • To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including labor laws and other government regulations.
  • To oversee end-to-end HR operations related to employee life cycle, recruitment, HRBP, Payroll, L&D, R&R & PMS.
  • To act as a strategic advisor to the local leadership teams on HR-related matters.
  • To lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, ensuring effective HR to business alignment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 18-20 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputable institution.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, employee relations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with government bodies.
  • Experience in working for HRIS systems will be a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • A proven ability to manage large teams and complex organizational dynamics.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving organizational growth through HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry HR trends.
