Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent for ITES roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and EEO regulations.
Employee Engagement and Relations
  • Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and reduce attrition.
  • Act as a mediator to effectively address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
  • Organize employee feedback sessions, surveys, and town hall meetings to gather insights and improve workplace satisfaction.
Performance Management
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with managers to set clear performance objectives and provide necessary coaching.
  • Design and implement training programs to upskill employees and improve organizational performance.
  • Develop strategies to identify and retain high-performing employees.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs specific to the ITES sector.
  • Conduct regular market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards.
  • Evaluate employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
Compliance and Legal
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws, labor laws, EEO policies, and ITES industry-specific regulations.
  • Maintain and update company policies and the employee handbook to reflect current regulations.
  • Lead audits and compliance initiatives to ensure HR processes meet legal requirements.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Strategic HR Management
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR policies with organizational goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve workforce efficiency.
  • Develop strategies for workforce planning and succession management.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive organizational growth and innovation.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in ITES operations. The ideal candidate will have:

  • An MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in an ITES organization.
  • Proven experience in managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance in an ITES setup.
  • In-depth understanding of ITES industry challenges, trends, and workforce dynamics.
  • Expertise in employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
