Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking a Senior HR professional to join Impact Hr And Km Solutions in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, focusing on talent attraction and retention. Additionally, they will oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to support current and future business needs.
The key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth.
- Managing the recruitment process to attract top talent and ensuring a positive employer brand.
- Overseeing employee engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital to foster a productive work environment.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, with a proven track record in labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
