Job Title: HR and Recruitment Lead

Location: Pune, India // Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR and Recruitment Lead to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing all aspects of HR and recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective solutions.

HR Operations:

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.

Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Manage employee attendance and leave.

Employee Engagement:

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve employee satisfaction.

Organize company events and activities.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and feedback.

Manage employee training and development programs.

Reporting and Analytics:

Generate HR and recruitment reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Track key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and employee turnover.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition.

Proven track record of success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software.

Strong understanding of modern recruiting practices.

Experience working in non-IT is a plus.
