Job Title: Facilities Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Placement Partners Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technical and soft services, managing contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all technical and soft services, including vendor negotiations for maximum productivity.
  • Develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and develop strong relationships with inter-department teams.
  • Ensure employee safety and safe work methods under any circumstances.
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  • Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development.
  • Provide training and support to the team, including systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
  • Oversee and ensure all operations and maintenance of critical and non-critical equipment.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A proven record of accomplishment in the Facility department with a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in a management-level position, especially in Real Estate.
  • Strong background in technical and soft skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language (English, Marathi, and Hindi).
