Job Title:
A high-performing Broker Partnership Manager is required to develop and maintain strong relationships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India.
- Identify, acquire and onboard new brokers across India.
- Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
- Manage relationships with brokers, coordinating trading activities and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate terms and agreements aligning with company objectives and broker expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for enhanced broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Indian stock market and regulatory environment.
