Job Title:

A high-performing Broker Partnership Manager is required to develop and maintain strong relationships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India.

  • Identify, acquire and onboard new brokers across India.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
  • Manage relationships with brokers, coordinating trading activities and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements aligning with company objectives and broker expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for enhanced broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian stock market and regulatory environment.
