  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and experiment with innovative machine learning models and data-driven features, including recommendation systems, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover valuable insights and inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineers to productionize models using MLOps practices and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, evaluation pipelines) to measure model performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data and AI capabilities into real-world use cases.
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in Python programming and expertise in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face. Experience with data pipelines and storage, as well as familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring, is a plus.

  • 2–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer in a startup or product environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and drive business decisions.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups or venture building environments, with a passion for driving innovation and growth.
