Job Title : Business Intelligence Lead

We are seeking a strategic Business Intelligence Lead to drive data strategy, business insights and analytics initiatives across teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, leadership skills and proven experience in handling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, from problem definition to delivering actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define metrics and measure impact.
  • Mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality work.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and advanced models to track key performance indicators and business performance.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear business insights, trends and recommendations.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy, governance and accessibility.
  • Implement best practices in analytics, business intelligence tools and data visualisation.
  • Drive automation and scalability of analytics solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or related roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc).
  • Strong understanding of statistical techniques, predictive modeling and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams/projects and managing multiple priorities.

As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision-making. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytics strategies that inform business decisions.
