Senior Data Solutions Leader


About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Solutions Leader to spearhead our data strategy and drive innovation across the organization.


Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge data solutions that enhance business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex data challenges, ensuring seamless data flow and maximizing returns.
  • Oversee data pipeline projects from inception to deployment, effectively managing scope, timelines, and risks to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying innovative thinking to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements
  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience OR Diploma with 10-12 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Databricks, Apache Spark, workflow orchestration, and performance tuning on big data processing.
  • Proficiency in SQL for extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets from relational and graph data stores.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and integration concepts.
