This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Manager and Agency Sales Manager, located in Ernakulam.

The incumbents will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of financial consultants, achieving business targets through effective planning and execution, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
