Job Description

This Manager position is part of our Global Business Tax Team. The primary objective is to build and maintain strong relationships with teams and clients, exceeding their expectations through exceptional service delivery.

  • Deliver high-quality tax advisory engagements independently with minimal supervision.
  • Manage the delivery of tax opinions, short notes, and email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations by filing tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other relevant documents.
  • Represent clients in tax assessment and litigation proceedings before various income tax authorities.
  • Train and develop assistant managers and executives for professional growth and strengthening the team's capabilities.
  • Provide tax technology assets to clients through licensing and/or managed services.
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for end-to-end tax operations engagements.
  • Manage internal client codes for time logging, invoicing, and collections.
  • Pursue business development opportunities and collaborate with other tax services lines/functions for multidisciplinary client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
