Job Title: Tax Analyst

Job Location: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery, near Calicut University

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a
Tax Advisory Specialist
with expertise in
VAT, Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing
to provide specialized tax advisory services to clients in the
MENA region
. The role focuses on ensuring
tax compliance, optimizing tax positions, and managing potential risks
, particularly in
cross-border transactions and tax restructuring
. The ideal candidate will help clients navigate complex local and international tax regulations while aligning strategies with legal requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Advisory & Compliance
  • Provide expert guidance on
    VAT, Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing
    , ensuring compliance with
    local and international tax regulations
    .
  • Advise clients on
    tax planning strategies
    , including
    corporate tax structures, tax incentives, and risk management
    .
  • Assist with
    tax return preparation, VAT registration, invoicing, and compliance reporting
    across the MENA region.
  • VAT & Corporate Tax Services
  • Offer strategic insights on
    VAT recovery, exemptions, and registration
    .
  • Support clients in responding to
    corporate tax audits and regulatory inquiries
    .
  • Transfer Pricing & Cross-Border Taxation
  • Develop and implement
    transfer pricing strategies
    aligned with
    OECD guidelines and local laws
    .
  • Handle
    transfer pricing documentation, audits, and disputes
    .
  • Advise clients on
    cross-border tax structuring
    and the application of
    international tax treaties
    .
  • Tax Risk Management
  • Identify
    potential tax risks
    and provide solutions to mitigate exposure.
  • Stay updated on
    MENA tax law changes
    and proactively inform clients about key developments.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain
    strong client relationships
    , offering tailored tax solutions.
  • Provide
    ongoing advisory support
    , including updates on filing deadlines and compliance changes.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in VAT, Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing
    within the
    MENA region
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of
    OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines
    and
    bilateral tax treaties
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    tax planning, compliance, and documentation preparation
    .
  • Fluency in English
    is essential;
    proficiency in Arabic
    is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent
    client management, communication, and advisory skills
    .
