Job Profile:

We seek an experienced professional for a challenging role in tax compliance. This position entails collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and efficient tax processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end US tax compliance for assigned entities, including partnerships and corporate bodies.
  • Review federal and state tax returns, investor reporting, and tax provisions for blocker corporations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and technology adoption; collaborate with tax technology teams to implement solutions.

Required Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in tax compliance within multinational financial services, asset management, or Big 4 advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of US partnership and corporate tax compliance, including Schedules K-1, K-2, K-3, withholding, and corporate provisions (Forms 1120, 1120-F).
