Operations Coordinator Role

We seek a meticulous and resourceful Operations Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of our certification site. Key responsibilities include conducting product audits, segregating non-conforming products, maintaining accurate records, and preparing timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Audits: Conduct thorough audits at customer sites to ensure compliance with established QA plans.
  • Product Segregation: Identify and separate non-conforming products from okay products, ensuring they are properly marked.
  • Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, handling measuring equipment and gauges with care.
  • Reporting: Prepare timely reports detailing work completed and maintain a clear understanding of relevant documents.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent in General Studies is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is vital.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
