SAP Training Lead Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Training Lead to drive the success of our end client's SAP Implementation. The ideal candidate will lead a world-class training framework from scratch, designing and implementing a comprehensive SAP training program.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a Key User network and legacy support
  • Creating tailored training materials for SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement
  • Leading workshops and training sessions for key users
  • Partnering with delivery teams for ongoing guidance and support
  • Acting as a change enabler to ensure business teams understand and effectively use SAP functionalities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years' experience in SAP Training Lead, Enablement Lead, or Change & Training Consultant roles
  • Strong understanding of SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement
  • Proven track record in creating training materials, running workshops, and training key users
  • Experience in simplifying business processes and improving efficiency within SAP
  • Ability to build training capability from scratch (greenfield or transformation environments)
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
