Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a SAP GTS specialist. This role requires the ability to manage and resolve trade compliance processes, support end-users, and troubleshoot technical-functional issues in production.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the integration of SAP GTS, ensuring timely and accurate tax determination and reporting. They will also analyze and troubleshoot transaction blocks, assist in resolution, and maintain configuration settings, update master data, and ensure alignment with evolving trade laws and internal policies.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Four to five years of SAP experience supporting SAP GTS, including exposure to S/4HANA integrated environments, is also necessary. Strong functional knowledge of GTS modules and familiarity with global trade regulations and compliance frameworks, including export control laws, import regulations, and customs clearance processes, is required.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and business fluent English skills. SAP GTS certification or relevant training is a plus.

  • Responsible for managing and resolving trade compliance processes, support end-users, and troubleshooting technical-functional issues in production.

  • Collaborate with SAP Basis, Security, and Integration teams to manage system performance, authorizations, and interface stability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Four to five years of SAP experience supporting SAP GTS, including exposure to S/4HANA integrated environments.
  • Strong functional knowledge of GTS modules and familiarity with global trade regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • SAP GTS certification or relevant training is a plus.
