Graphic Designer Job Overview

This position involves creating engaging and visually appealing designs for product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create child-friendly designs that meet regulatory standards.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive content for various campaigns. This includes designing and producing creative assets, developing visual and branding consistency across digital and print platforms, and managing multiple design projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce creative assets for product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and presentations, ensuring they appeal to children and parents.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, production, and sales teams to create cohesive and compelling content for various campaigns.
  • Develop and adapt assets for digital and print platforms while maintaining visual and branding consistency.
  • Ensure all packaging and marketing designs comply with regulatory standards relevant to food products for children.
  • Manage multiple design projects and coordinate deadlines effectively.
  • Keep up-to-date with graphic design, children's media, and FMCG trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer (FMCG or food sector experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product packaging, branding, and campaign work.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food packaging and children's products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW); animation and video editing.
  • Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and child-friendly design principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to conceptualize, adapt designs for various formats, and manage feedback constructively.
