Men's Apparel Design Leader

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented apparel designer to lead the end-to-end design process for seasonal men's collections.

This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, technical expertise, and collaboration skills to bring innovative, on-brand designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Seasonal Design Cycle: Drive the full design process for men's collections—trend forecasting, concept development, sketching, and creating accurate tech-packs.
  • Material Sourcing & Coordination: Oversee fabric, trims, and swatch selection; collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective materials.
  • Sample Development & Fit Evaluation: Manage prototype creation and fittings; provide precise revisions and constructive feedback to vendors and internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution from design concept to retail launch.
  • Design Documentation: Maintain organized archives of mood boards, tech-packs, and digital assets for reference and future use.
  • Brand Alignment & Commercial Goals: Ensure all designs reflect brand identity, meet budget requirements, and align with overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field, and have a solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills are also essential.
