Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer who can create premium designs that connect with consumers and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end design process ownership for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Brand identity development and maintenance across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Work with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for direct-to-consumer, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals.
  • Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have: Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media, photography or art direction background, experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
