This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set and achieve job satisfaction.

We are currently looking to hire a specialist who can deep dive into SAP RE and conduct an as-is and to-be analysis covering the whole process from master data handling, contacts, invoicing, and steering model.

The specialist will be responsible for implementing and harmonizing finance and IT's real estate processes, including new steering models that can be implemented and harmonized group-wide (SE/DK/NO) and benefits can be identified and quantified within the new solution not in business case as of today.

The ideal candidate should have experience in working with the RE-FX module in SAP S/4 and a large knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4 including Fiori.

The specialist should be able to define and provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4 and contribute to following activities: RE-FX system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation (blueprint, functional specifications etc.), testing, training, go-live, knowledge sharing to relevant IT resources.

The required skills and qualifications include:

  • SAP RE-FX specialist with minimum 5 years of experience in real estate
  • Experience in working with the RE-FX module in SAP S/4
  • Large knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4 including Fiori
  • Ability to define and provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4
  • Contribution to RE-FX system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, training, go-live, and knowledge sharing
  • Knowledge of cost controlling in RE-FX module in SAP
  • Understanding of SAP FI-CO
  • Knowledge of IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations and its implementation within SAP RE-FX
