Strategic Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Recruitment Professional to lead our full-cycle recruitment processes in India. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies and be able to attract top talent for various roles.

With 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
