Product Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Merchandiser to manage our jewelry collections from concept to delivery. The role involves analyzing market trends, curating seasonal assortments, coordinating with design, sales, and production teams, and ensuring products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred) and possess strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing product merchandising and assortment strategies, collaborating with design and production on product development, conducting market research to track trends, customer needs, and competitors, and curating seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles.

This role also involves managing inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal stock issues, supporting sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools, defining pricing and positioning strategies based on cost and market analysis, overseeing quality control and adherence to production timelines, and leading product launches from concept to rollout.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong analytical and research skills, proficient in MS Office, and familiar with merchandising tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field required
  • 3-5 years' experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences
  • Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain
