This is a chance to be part of a team that implements prevention services.
- The role involves executing projects in the field, focusing on teaching children personal safety skills (ages 6-18) in schools and conducting awareness sessions with parents, teachers, and stakeholders.
- Maintaining timely documentation of field experiences.
- Ensuring adherence to operational protocols, including regular reporting of field activities to coordinators, and participating in reviews with the Coordinator and Manager, Prevention Services.
The key challenge lies in balancing program implementation with quality documentation.
We are looking for candidates who can work effectively within a large, diverse team and have keenness to work with children.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields.
- Experience in group work with children and adolescents, conducting sessions, and facilitating discussions. Freshers with similar voluntary experience are also eligible.
