Job Description

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and partnerships for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and nurture leads in the Indian market, specifically targeting real estate and financial institutions.

Using cold email marketing tools and leveraging social media platforms, you will develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to build long-term relationships with prospects and convert them into paying customers.

You will also serve as the customer's advocate, gathering feedback and relaying insights to the engineering and product teams to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own outbound sales efforts to identify, reach out, and nurture leads in the India market.
  • Use cold email marketing tools to build and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Leverage social media platforms to identify prospects, engage with potential clients, and drive outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into paying customers.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the customer to gather feedback and relay insights to the engineering and product teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
  • Qualify leads, book meetings, and manage CRM workflows efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with the following qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Recent MBA graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
  • Educational background in marketing or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and contract drafting is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cold outreach, including use of email automation tools.
  • Active user of social media platforms for prospecting, networking, and engagement.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset—actively listens to client feedback and advocates for user needs in product discussions.
  • Understanding of the Indian contract management process, including knowledge of regional variations.
  • Ability to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining personalized and effective engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
