AI Security Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled AI Security Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI security solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective adoption of AI technologies, providing advanced technical support to customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to customers on AI-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI security
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation on AI security best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address potential security risks

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a technical support engineer role, with a focus on network security technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences
  • Expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols (SAML, LDAP, RADIUS, etc.)
  • Experience with Firewall Central Management Systems and multi-factor authentication security systems
  • In-depth knowledge of security services, including IDS/IPS, Firewalls, and network debugging across mixed media and protocols
