Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP security specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP security, with expertise in managing user access, roles, and authorizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and management of user accounts, roles, and authorizations in compliance with security best practices.
  • Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to organizational and industry security standards.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to safeguard user access and system integrity.
  • Resolve authorization-related issues, working closely with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP security, specifically with Basis, user roles, and authorizations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, role management, and authorization profiles.
  • Solid understanding of business processes across functions (Finance, HR, Procurement) and how they integrate with access controls.
  • Candidates must possess a foundational understanding of core business processes across functions such as Materials Management, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse Management.
  • Familiarity with SAP security tools is a plus.
