Business Data Analyst Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will enable you to identify trends and patterns, make recommendations, and drive business growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in statistics, mathematics, or computer science, with experience in data science or advanced analytics. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Design and implement statistical models to solve everyday market analytics challenges.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis using spreadsheets or Excel to understand data.
  • Interpret results from Geo tests and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with strategist teams to translate business questions and objectives into analytical frameworks.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather the data required for building models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics.
  • 2+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts like hypothesis testing, regression, and time series analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.
  • Understanding of marketing channels, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Strong MS Excel and Google sheets skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
