Role Overview

The Role is a key position within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth and success through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the entire customer journey, including upselling/cross-selling and maintaining high net promoter scores.
  • Analyzing data and insights to drive customer growth and inform marketing strategies.
  • Playing a critical role in goal setting and strategy development for all accounts, with a focus on tracking the success of our solutions.
  • Acting as an AI marketing expert to identify, create and implement solutions that achieve measurable business results for our partners.
  • Designing metrics and measures to determine ROI on our products, and educating clients on product solutions and best practices.
  • Effectively addressing customer satisfaction and managing diverse issues until resolution.
  • Building a thorough understanding of client's brand, business, customers and competitive landscape, and providing strategic guidance in building digital marketing initiatives.
  • Developing industry best practices, media strategies and benchmarking initiatives for various business use cases.
