Service Engineer Position

We are a leading provider of innovative solutions across various industries.

This Senior Service Engineer role involves providing service and technical support to assigned customers, developing regular contacts with them, and implementing service plans to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve day-to-day issues at the specified customer site
  • Effectively execute service plans by coordinating with the Service Team leader
  • Provide service to customers, discuss with them, and give presentations to improve product life cycle
  • Handle customer complaints, warranty, goodwill, and others, ensuring proper logging into our database

The ideal candidate should have experience in networking and communications, PLC handling, and be proficient in local and English languages. They should possess good communication skills, be open-minded, resourceful, and entrepreneurial, with a passion for finding ways to reach out to customers and learn at all platforms.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in maintenance or assembly tools service
  • On-site knowledge of handheld, fixture spindle, pneumatic, software product, QAT tools, and accessories
  • Bachelor's degree in ECE, EEE, or related field

The selected candidate will work closely with our service sales team, assist service technicians, manage key accounts directly, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will also coordinate with our project team for installation of machines allocated to service and analyze problems to inform the team leader accordingly.

Note: The ideal candidate must be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
