Telecom Project Manager Role:

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple telecom projects. As a seasoned project manager, you will leverage your expertise in cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems to drive solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems, ensuring optimal team composition and performance.
  • Develop and implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps to enhance infrastructure and application deployment strategies specific to telecom environments.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication of project progress.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management within the IT and telecom sectors, with a focus on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including but not limited to 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security.
  • Proficient in agile project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role within an IT services company.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery with tangible outcomes.
