About the Position:

As a team leader, you will oversee project delivery and manage a team to ensure successful outcomes. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their requirements and ensuring timely completion within quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage teams, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration
  • Support hiring initiatives to enhance team capabilities and deliver exceptional service
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and manage expectations, collaborating on governance forums and proposals
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, leading account mining activities and ensuring cloud solutions align with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making, guiding solution design and estimation

Essential Expertise:

  • Experience in healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably working with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domain
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry and grasp of technology and product engineering
  • Managing highly skilled teams to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Learning required domain and technology necessary for the program/area of engagement
  • Proven leadership experience in software development and Salesforce management programs, with at least 15 years of progressive experience
