Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Offer product and service information to customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Order Processing: Assist in processing orders, modifications, and escalations as needed.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Adapt to different customer personalities and cultural differences to ensure effective communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and issue resolution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively seek opportunities for process improvement.
  • Knowledge Update: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to better serve customers.
  • Communication Channels: Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Process Suggestions: Suggest and implement improvements in customer service workflows and practices.
