Order Management Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding a team in order management, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5-6 individuals with experience in Lean Six Sigma and automation.
  • Maintain records to ensure accurate order processing and update the records simultaneously.
  • Analyze data to identify issues with opportunities, orders, quotes, or contracts, ensuring all sales are billed correctly.
  • Review sales agreements to ensure relevant contractual terms are captured in the billing system.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all sales records and calculations before processing sales orders.
  • Review orders for accuracy, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and pricing terms.
  • Investigate and resolve renewal discrepancies in collaboration with customers and other teams.
  • Process customer cancellation requests and ensure customer accounts are de-provisioned and refunded without error.
  • Prepare analytical reports upon request or daily.
  • Provide guidance to team members working on projects and support as needed.
  • Develop and analyze order management and order fulfillment dashboards, monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, operations, and other departments, to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
  • 6-7 years of experience as a Sales Operations or Billing Analyst or in a similar financial role at a SaaS company.
  • Able to maintain accuracy in a fast-working environment, manage stressful situations when closing out a month.
  • Experience with precise processing of a high-volume of data.
  • Independently perform responsibilities while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and navigate quickly from one system to another.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and issues; proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Hands-on experience with a top-tier CRM, billing, or ERP system such as Salesforce.
  • Open to work in shifts (overlapping US) if necessary.
