Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of customer service representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Analyse customer feedback and data to identify patterns and areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer journey and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

The requirements for this position include:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, or communications.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language is required.
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and integrate customer feedback into company strategies.
  • A customer-centric attitude, with the ability to handle challenging client situations.
