Finance Associate Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Associate Manager to provide expert financial guidance and support to our organization.

This role is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, focusing on budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and project management.

  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop and implement budgets that align with business objectives, ensuring accurate forecasting and analysis of financial performance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of finance-related projects, including cost control and resource allocation.
  • Consolidation: Coordinate and analyze financial data from various sources to ensure accurate consolidation and reporting.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Verify and process accounts payable transactions to ensure timely payment and accuracy.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and budgeting.
  • Incentive Plan Management: Analyze and manage incentive plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Management Information Systems: Design and implement management information systems to provide real-time insights into financial performance.
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and tax filings.
  • Compliance Management: Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to finance and accounting.

Requirements:

  • CA or Inter CA (2 to 4 years' experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
