Talent Delivery Director

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing the onsite delivery team and ensuring the successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy. You will also manage the program in a matrix-based environment, monitoring team productivity to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the first point of contact for the client and the first escalation point for any daily operational issues. Proactively engage with client stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and drivers.
    • Operations Management: Analyze SLAs, service quality, and delivery costs to identify areas for improvement. Maintain a strong external network to gather market intelligence and stay current with industry trends.
    • People Management: Lead and manage the recruitment and induction of new team members to ensure delivery capabilities are met. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities.
  • Requirements: 10-12+ years of experience in Technology hiring. 3-5+ years of experience in a program management or team leadership role, preferably within an RPO or large-scale recruitment environment.
