Workforce Program Manager - Leader of Innovation and Customer Experience
The Registration & Compliance organization is responsible for making Amazon the safest and most trusted place on Earth by protecting the innocent and deterring the ill-intentioned.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about customer experience, thinks globally, and has the ability to contribute major new innovations in the industry. As a Workforce Program Manager, you will lead various projects for WFM and Ops which have a direct impact on cost, service level agreement, and success metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects with end-to-end service level delivery and headcount utilization
- Provide leadership support of programs, manage cross-functional teams, and leverage existing technology
- Communicate dependencies, partner with teams on changes or deviations to plan, and participate in wider R&C initiatives
- Coordinate with Operations, Training, Vendors, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, and Finance teams to meet project timelines
- Develop corrective action plans for variances in vendor operational performance and deliver results in a leadership role
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology, experience in MS Access and SQL, and requirement gathering skills
