Job Title: IT Program Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and deliver digital transformation programs.

This role assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project/program, working closely with technical stakeholders from both sides (architects, designers, tech leads, etc.) to ensure that the solution is optimal and aligned with business requirements.

  1. Participate in technical discussions and position technical trade-offs to client stakeholders.
  2. Present/explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to define project plans, key results, and processes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing full project management life cycles for implementing complex IT initiatives, deep experience in understanding functional scopes, designs, and technologies, and strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery, ensuring projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
  • Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycles for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT initiatives.
  • Deep experience in understanding functional scopes, designs, and technologies.
  • Proven ability to engage with technical stakeholders and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
