Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing the unique needs of our healthcare plan members through effective verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to incoming calls from healthcare plan members
  • Understand and address member coverage and healthcare requirements in a clear and concise manner
  • Resolve complex issues through active listening, empathetic communication, and effective problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (international)
  • Ability to read, write, and converse proficiently in US English
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software
